'On the edge of the crumbling cliffs near Beachy Head can be found an Iron Age hill fort gradually slipping into the sea. The old lighthouse, that was built on the same headland, has had to be moved back recently (as it is now a private dwelling) to prevent it too from slipping into the sea. But for how long?
